With all the talk in the US about XM Radio and Sirius Satellite Radio, it's sometimes forgotten that the third world actually had access to this technology before we did. Forbes has an interesting article about WorldSpace, the Washington DC-based company that's been providing satellite-delivered radio to Africa and Asia for a number of years already.
