I’m confused. Where I come from, "88" means "love and kisses", in much the same way that "73" means "best regards". But according to this site, it means "Heil Hitler". Do you mean to tell me that when Ian McFarland ended DX Digest on Radio Canada International by wishing 88s to all the ladies that he was engaging in a secret Nazi handshake?
