Seen today on an intranet site at work: "This site is best viewed with Mozilla FireFox with a screen resolution of 1024 x 768."
The names change, but the method remains the same.... <sigh>

Funny, I was just going to add this to my website:
This site is best viewed with Opera version 9.20 build 638 on a laptop running Ubuntu Feisty Fawn (version 7.04) on a dual-core Turion processor with a screen resolution of 1280 x 800 and a refresh rate of 60 Hz or higher.
