I don’t know that it’s available any more. It was actually a French compilation based on two of Fela’s Nigerian releases, "I.T.T." and "Sorrow, Tears and Blood". I know that when Capitol and Wrasse re-released Fela’s catalog a few years ago, they did so with the Nigerian catalog, so to get the equivalent of the old Black President album, you would have to get the CDs of those two albums.
Wouldn’t be the same in this context, though.
